As we approach the conclusion of 2023, we are excited to share some of our distinguished company, community, and technological highlights that have added significant value to our clients throughout the country this year.
AI and Technological Advancements
As a contemporary organisation, we have embraced cutting-edge technology to elevate our service offerings to clients across all market segments and property sectors. Some of our notable strides in AI this year included advanced simulated valuations, multilingual property tours, digital valuations, and virtual staging. Furthermore, we've created a dynamic metaverse hub, offering a wealth of Quay 1 property resources to enhance the customer experience and reach.
For further information on these advances, feel free to follow us on Instagram @capetownproperty or browse our website www.quay1.co.za.
Celebrating our brokers
This year, our brokers achieved a significant milestone by successfully closing over 1,000 deals, establishing ourselves as a dominant player in the markets we serve. On the rental front, the team added over 500 properties under management. We were honoured to be named the number 1 Independent Brokerage in South Africa and among the Top 100 Real Estate brands globally by one of the most recognised committees "Luxury Lifestyle". The media attention significantly increased our pool of international purchasers and pushed our listing views on our various local, national, and international platforms to over 7 million.
Empowering the leaders of tomorrow
Our commitment extends beyond business success to community impact. The year saw Quay 1 actively involved in youth empowerment, hosting sessions on entrepreneurship and leadership at schools and universities. Through our Youth Empowerment Initiative, we provided internships, fostering purpose and positive change in young minds.
Community Commitment
Contributing responsibly to our communities, we partnered with StreetSmart South Africa to support organisations aiding street children. The "Deals that Heal" initiative, in collaboration with the SPCA Cape of Good Hope, reflects our dedication to animal welfare by supporting a veterinary hospital.
Neighbourhood safety
Fostering safer neighbourhoods is high on our priority list. We proudly supported community neighbourhood watches and crisis initiatives, ensuring the well-being and peace of mind of residents.
During this festive season, we warmly extend our wishes for a joyful and safe celebration! We also want to express our gratitude to our valued clients for the tremendous support throughout the year.
